وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ مَنْ أَهْدَى بَدَنَةً جَزَاءً أَوْ نَذْرًا أَوْ هَدْىَ تَمَتُّعٍ فَأُصِيبَتْ فِي الطَّرِيقِ فَعَلَيْهِ الْبَدَلُ .
